art+seek is a place for Detroit kids to find themselves through art and play
craft camp
ages: 8-12 yrs
every Wednesday, 7/17 - 8/7
11:30am - 1:30pm
Our craft camp is a 4-week course, designed for kids entering 3rd-6th grades. Each week will focus on a different type of craft, and will include onsite instruction. Students will have time to work on their project throughout the course, and will be provided with supplies to complete the project on their own, if unfinished by the end of class. Lunch Included.

Toddlers will learn the process of making art through their own senses and creativity. Parents will be present to play alongside their child, teaching by inspiration rather than instruction. Please click below for available class dates.

Kelli Valvona will be supervising all in-person classes. With a passion for kids and creating, she hopes to instill a sense of independence, ingenuity, and confidence with her students. She has been a part of the core city community since 2018, and continues to find inspiration in nature and hands-on projects.
